FE Guard is a comprehensive formula containing Iron, *Vitamin C, Zinc and B Vitamins.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, and in support Vitamins B6, B12 and Vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism and cooperate in the reduction of fatigue and tiredness.
Iron and Zinc also contribute to normal cognitive and immune system function.
With Vitamins B2, B6, and B12, Folic Acid and Vitamin C, which enhances iron absorption.
